Classes

Barre

Barre is influenced by classical and modern dance (though no dance experience is required) and utilizes a ballet barre to achieve optimal positioning. This 1 hour class will work you from head to toe. We cover arms, thighs, seat, core and everything in between. This class builds deep muscle strength, flexibility, and balance all while sculpting and aligning the body.

Advanced Barre

If you have taken 10 or more of our barre classes, it's time to challenge yourself in this Advanced class. While this class is the same format as our Barre class. Barre Advanced will challenge you with longer holds, deeper positions, quicker transitions & new movement. This class will make you feel “the shake”.

Barre Bootcamp

Barre Bootcamp uses the classic foundation of Barre combined with cardio intervals to burn fat fast. A heavy leg based class interspersed with floor and core work, this program relies on high intensity interval training, which has been proven to burn fat faster than sustained endurance training, making it suitable for ALL fitness levels.  Barre Bootcamp will shake up your workout! This class is the most fun & effective way to burn fat, lose weight and change your body.

Clients must take at least one barre class before taking bootcamp.

Cycle + Sculpt

Cycle+Sculpt is built using a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format. This method employs intervals of maximum exertion followed by intervals of recovery. This burns major calories, blasts fat, and helps to build a strong, healthy heart. In this class we combine 30 minutes of interval training on the bike followed by 20-25 minutes of strength training including arms and core and a 5 minute stretch. Cycling shoes, mat, hand towel, and class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.

40min Cycle

40 minute cycle employs intervals of maximum exertion followed by intervals of recovery. This burns major calories, blasts fat, and helps to build a strong, healthy heart. In this class we have 40 minutes of interval training on the bike followed by 5 minute stretching. Cycling shoes, mat, hand towel, and class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.

Yoga

This 30 minute class is focused on mobility and flexibility by warming up your muscle groups and training your body and mind.  Designed to help you feel your barre experience on a deeper level.

Youth Services

We offer free childcare during our 9:10am classes Monday thru Friday mornings. Just sign yourself up for Youth Services the same as you would for class. If you have more than one child we ask that you sign yourself for each child.
